Prices are monthly, in Ghana cedis (GHS). Your plan is billed in GHS.
RHEKIAN records payments. It does not process them. Receipts are titled SALES RECEIPT. If you’re VAT-registered, they show the tax included. Ask your tax adviser what your tax office requires. Not yet built for restaurants or pharmacies. Prefer to talk first? Book a demo.

Which plans are for me, Services or Retail?
Sell products? Retail. Bill for your time? Services. Both? Retail — it includes everything in Services.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. 14 days, no card, with stock and the till included.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick a plan to carry on. If you don’t, we keep your data for a limited time so you can download it as CSV files.
Does RHEKIAN take card or mobile money payments for me?
No. You take the money as you do today (card machine, mobile money, cash). RHEKIAN records how each sale was paid. It never holds your money or stores card numbers.
Can I import my contacts?
Yes. Import clients and suppliers from a CSV file and tag them your way. Get consent before you send anyone marketing.
How do I turn on the till?
An Owner or Admin turns it on in Settings and adds shops and tills. Cashiers sign in with a PIN.
Does it work when the internet is down?
Not yet. Offline selling is coming soon. Today the till needs an internet connection.
Does RHEKIAN handle VAT and Ghana tax receipts?
Ghana VAT, NHIL and GETFund are set up for you. Outside Ghana, you can enter your own tax rates. Receipts are titled SALES RECEIPT. They are sales records, not official tax invoices. Ask your tax adviser what you must issue.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You own your records. We don’t sell them. Download your records as CSV files from the app while your account is active. Turn on two-step sign-in for extra safety. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I send receipts over WhatsApp?
Coming soon. Today you can download or share receipts as a PDF or link. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner; we are not affiliated with it.
How do staff logins and inviting my team work?
Invite your team on any plan. Retail includes 3, 10 or 25 staff logins for cashiers and managers.
Which currencies can I use?
You can invoice and record expenses in GHS, USD, EUR or GBP on Business and Retail Business plans, and in the trial. You set the exchange rate. Till sales and stock are in GHS. Your RHEKIAN plan is billed in GHS.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Billing in the app. You can move up or down at any time.
